Baby and Me (BAM)

An 8-session program designed for expecting or experienced mothers eager to grow in their parenting and personal relationships.

Baby and Me 2 (BAM2)

Unlike BAM, Baby and Me 2 (BAM2) is for mothers postpartum. This program offers further opportunities to improve your skills.

Mom's Group

Meet with a small group of expecting and experienced mothers to grow in motherhood together.

Latina Mom's Group

A space for Spanish-speaking moms, expecting and experienced, to gather for education, conversation, and community.

Baby And Me (BAM)

An 8-session program designed for expecting or experienced mothers eager to grow in their parenting and personal relationships.

You’ll work one-on-one with a Certified Life Coach to prepare as you move forward on your motherhood journey.

This program focuses on YOU!

In Baby and Me (BAM) you will not only learn parenting education to help you thrive as a mother, but also how to:

  • Reconnect to what’s important to you
  • Incorporate your values and beliefs into your everyday life
  • Gain confidence
  • Reduce stress and foster healthy coping skills
  • Create your vision of who you are and who you want to become

At the end of your 8 sessions, you’ll earn a benefit that will help support your growing family.

What Can I Expect?

Baby and Me (BAM) is for women who are pregnant.
Sessions can be in-person at our clinic, or virtual via Zoom.
Sessions typically last an hour and are scheduled every other week, but can be flexible to work with your schedule.

Baby and Me 2 (BAM2)


Baby and Me 2 (BAM2) is a postpartum, one-on-one, monthly coaching program that encourages and supports you at any stage of your journey. Similar to Baby and Me, this program offers Certified Life Coaching and parenting education. You’ll receive benefits once a month.

Mom’s Group

Mom’s Group is an opportunity to build community with other mothers. Topics vary based on client’s interests and needs.

Latina Mom’s Group

Latina Mom’s Group is an opportunity to build community with other Spanish-speaking moms. Topics vary based on client’s interests and needs.
