Baby & Me
An 8-session program designed for new or expecting mothers eager to grow in their parenting and personal relationships.
You’ll work directly with one of our certified life coaches to prepare for your life as a mother.
What will I learn?
This program focuses on developing a number of skills to develop or maintain a strong relationship with your child and their mother. These include:
- Mothering Skills
- General Parenting Skills
- Relationship Skills
- Self-Awareness
- Self-Care
We work to schedule these small groups around your personal schedule. Appointments are about an hour long.
At the end of your 8 sessions, you’ll be able to earn material rewards along with the knowledge you’ve earned.
Working With a Life Coach
The Baby and Me program allows you to work with a certified life coach to help you navigate the challenges of being a new mother. Our life coaches help you understand your options and allow you to come to your own decision of what’s best for you.
